This property is located in a growing
upper income area of New Mexico.
The previous owner tried to sell the
property a couple times, but due to
some key issues with the house,
the property did not sell. The basic bones of the house were great.
Our goal was to bring the kitchen
and some of the peripheral areas
of the house up to the same or
higher standards of the
neighborhood. Also, |
4. Repainted some of the rooms to appeal to a larger market.
5. Installed mini-split heating and cooling system to 2 rooms to increase total heated square footage.
6. Cleaned up landscaping.
7. Replaced and cleaned carpet in several rooms.

home. Here are a few things we did
to remodel the house so that it was ready to sell for top-dollar:
1. Replaced the kitchen appliances with top of the line appliances.
2. Replaced kitchen countertops
with high-end granite, a new faucet, and under mount sink.
3. Hired a wood craftsman to rejuvenate all cabinetry, build a southwestern style bench next to
the hot tub, and do some tile work
in the several rooms.
